What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional company or brand, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also record your IP address with the enquiry to help prevent spam and abuse.
- Email: if you email us, we keep the message and your email address.
- Analytics (only if you accept): if you choose “Accept all” and analytics is switched on, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, approximate location and a cookie identifier.
How we use it and our lawful bases
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Our lawful bases are your consent, given when you tick the box on the contact form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse, and to keep it secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it. Our lawful basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is sent to us by email and saved on our website server so we do not lose it. Only authorised members of our team can view saved enquiries, through a password-protected page. We use hosting, email and IT providers who process information on our behalf. If you accept analytics, Google processes analytics data; Google may handle data outside the UK, relying on recognised safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries (both the saved copy and the email) only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and business obligations, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
